The Seiko PROSPEX Collection has come out with the "Save the Ocean" special edition collection of two diving pieces that pay homage to the creatures of Antarctica. Evoking the same traditional "Tuna" can style shaped of these wrist watches, the SRPG59 has a 43.2mm stainless steel case with a coin-edge rotating uni-directional 120 click elapsed timing bezel. The frosty textured gradient blue dial features penguin prints surrounded by a blue minutes track on outer rim of dial under a hardlex crystal. Equipped with a date window @4 with luminous hands and appendages makes this wrist watch easily readable in any environment. The screw-down crown is positioned at 4:00 for increased comfort and provides security against moisture and dirt intrusion with a 200 meter water resistance. Powered by Seiko's own in-house-made movement caliber 4R35 with a 41 hour power reserve, the screwed down case back notes special edition signage. Fitted with a comfort fit white textured silicone rubberized strap with tang buckle and stainless steel metal safety keeper to keep your watch secure and in place.
