Refund policy

You may return any unworn, unused, undamaged merchandise purchased online from timescapeusa.com by mail within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price (some exclusions apply, see below). If, for any reason, the customer wishes to return the order, unless proven otherwise that the issue originates from the watch, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase and decide the item is not for you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unworn, in the same and original condition received, and in the original box or packaging with all warranty cards and explanations booklets intact. Sale, clearance items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom-made pieces are not refundable or exchangeable. Refunds for cash or check purchases will be given by check after 14 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. A 25% restocking fees may be charged when orders are canceled or merchandise is returned in an open box, in a badly damaged box, or without the original box it came in, original packaging, instructions, and accessories. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Any watch or strap that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Watches with rubber straps that are sized (cut) are not returnable or exchangeable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra links, and anything else that came with the item.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Custom and made-to order items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Restocking fees may also be charged if orders are canceled 

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return package, we will confirm that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy. We will process and issue your refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the return package.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, clearance, pre-owned and custom-made items cannot be refunded.

 

Defective or Inaccurate Merchandise

If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) or you have received the wrong merchandise, we'll be happy to exchange it.

Please contact our Customer Service representative at 1-888-525-8880 within 72 hours from the date of delivery, and at our discretion, we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at craig@timescapeusa.com and send your item to: 6800 France Ave S - Suite 173 Edina Minnesota US 55435. Once we receive your return package, we will confirm that the received product satisfies the conditions of the return policy. We will process and issue your exchange within 14 days of receiving the return package.

Please note: All exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the returned merchandise. If the value of the item(s) that you wish to exchange exceeds the value of your returned item(s), you will be charged the difference.

 

Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, lost merchandise during shipping transit and recommend a trackable shipping and insurance.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
