Shipping policy

TimeScape offers free standard delivery on all orders placed in the United States and free international shipping on orders over $950. Items ship within 1-3 business days if the product is in our store inventory. Drop shipping direct from the manufacture may take up to 7-10 business days. Orders typically process and ship within 3-7 business days. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected delays. All orders are processed and shipped business hours between Monday-Friday excluding holidays. If you place your order after 2pm central time your expedited order will not be processed till the next business day. Any orders placed after 2pm central/mountain time will not be processed till the next business day. Items ordered weekends Saturday/Sunday, holidays will not be processed till the next Monday business day. Safes, custom-made, or multi-unit winding system could take 4-8 weeks for production time. Expedited shipping options are available if you would like to upgrade (Not all items are eligible for expedited shipping).  

Fulfillment & preparation of your order takes between 3-10 days (business days) to process, once shipping is processed you will receive an automatic confirmation email with tracking information. 

Customs procedures and protocols may vary depending on your shipping address, and the estimated shipping time is excluding custom clearance time.

Current shipping options include:

Standard Shipping: Shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once your order ships, you will receive your package within approximately 1-10 business days.

2-Day Shipping: Some items may not be eligible for expedited shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive your package within approximately 1–2 business days. 2-day shipping is only available for orders shipping within the contiguous United States.

 

International taxes and duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once a shipment reaches your country.
