Drop shipping direct from the manufacture may take up to 7-10 business days. Orders typically process and ship within 3-7 business days. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected delays. All orders are processed and shipped business hours between Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

TimeScape exists to satisfy our customers. If you ordered the wrong item or are not satisfied with your purchase we offer returns or exchanges unless stated in our return policy. You will be responsible for return shipment costs. We are not responsible for uninsured, lost, damaged items during return shipping process.

Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase by the original client when accompanied with the original sales receipt. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and explanations booklets intact. Sale items, Clearance items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not refundable or exchangeable. Refunds for cash or check purchases will be given by check after 14 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
