The Antarctic Glacier Series comes from the Nivada Grenchen brand is inspired by the extraordinary discovery of the Antarctic Glacier Vintage Edition now in a modern interpretation bringing that same vintage 1950's style with advanced elements and esthetics. The limited edition collection comes in two dial sizes and a limited edition vintage style. Housed in a 35mm or 38mm stainless steel case featuring a bi-colored silver and black tuxedo vertical sunbrushed dial. Luminous lozenge hands and date window @3 are easily legible under a double domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Luminous tipped applied faceted stick indices are set within black anthracite chapter ring. Powered by Soprod P024 automatic Swiss-made self-winding movement with 42 hour power reserve. The polished stainless steel case-back pays homage to that first Antarctic trip showcased scene embossed on a gold center medallion. Fitted with corrugated domed onion shaped crown with 100 meter water resistance rating. This piece comes in several watch band options from stitched calf-skin leather, racing perforated style, rubber tropic textured weave to stainless steel 3-link bracelet or the beads of rice option.
