Combining and celebrating the long partnership with the PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) Organization, the SEIKO brand has introduced a special edition SRPL53 timepiece. The SRPL53 automatic dive watch has a 41.7mm brushed and polished "samurai" stainless steel case with green uni-directional 120 click elapsed timing bezel makes it well suited for diving. Inspired by the illuminated underwater reflection of ocean waves, the eye catching textured pattern gradient emerald green dial is surrounded by a minutes track with circular date window @5. Luminous robust hands and bullet shaped markers under a hardlex crystal are easily legible in any environment.  An etched gross grained textured pattern stainless steel screw-down crown sits within a protective crown guard with a 200 meter water resistance rating. Powered by Seiko's own in-house-made automatic caliber 4R35 movement with a 41 hour power reserve. Fitted with a stainless steel brushed and polished 3-link bracelet with twin push button deployment butterfly safely clasp sits secure in place on the wrist.
