You will be responsible for return shipment costs. We are not responsible for uninsured, lost, damaged items during return shipping process.

The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and explanations booklets intact. Sale items, Clearance items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not refundable or exchangeable. Refunds for cash or check purchases will be given by check after 14 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
